Executive Team Leader

  • Directly managed a team of over 60 team members, indirectly managed a team of over 300 to achieve sales of over $76 million in revenue per year
  • Used analytical skills to assess sales data and make appropriate merchandising and staffing decisions to impact profitability
  • Served as the district trainer and mentor for new Executive Team Leaders, providing coaching, feedback, and training exercises to new hires
